What are A Levels?

A Levels (Advanced Level qualifications) are internationally recognised academic courses typically studied over two years by students aged 16–19. They are considered the gold standard for university preparation in the UK and abroad, allowing students to specialise in three to four subjects aligned with their future degree pathway. A Levels provide rigorous academic training, critical thinking skills, and subject expertise, making them one of the most respected qualifications for higher education entry worldwide.
