Entry Requirements

A Levels

  • AAA – ABB
  • Mathematics required Further
  • Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science considered advantageous

IB Diploma

  • 34–36 points overall.
  • Higher Level: typically 6,6,5 or 6,5,5.
  • HL Maths required (Analysis & Approaches preferred over Applications & Interpretation).
  • Physics or Computer Science at HL is recommended but not always required.

International Foundation Pathway

  • Foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Progression requirement: 65–70% overall, with strong results in Mathematics

Btech Qualifications

  • Extended Diploma at D*DD – DDD in IT or Computing
  • Many universities require an accompanying A-level in Mathematics

English Language Requirements

  • IELTS Academic: 6.5–7.0 overall, with no band below 6.0
  • TOEFL iBT: 90–100 overall
  • PTE Academic: 62–70 overall
  • Exemptions apply if prior study was completed in English or applicant is from a UKVI-recognised English-speaking country
